Numbers That Help You Train and Eat Smarter

Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, run a faster 5K or simply understand your body better, having objective numbers makes a big difference. These calculators turn your height, weight, age, activity level and goals into actionable targets — your daily calorie need, a healthy weight range, an estimated body fat percentage, your race pace.

What's Included

The BMI calculator places you on the WHO weight-category chart. The BMR calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (the modern standard) to estimate resting calorie burn. Calorie and macro calculators turn that into daily targets for any goal — cutting, maintaining or bulking. Body-fat uses the US Navy circumference method. Pace, pregnancy, due date, water intake and ideal-weight calculators round out the toolkit.

An Important Caveat

These calculators give population-average estimates. Real bodies vary. Athletes with high muscle mass often have "overweight" BMIs but are perfectly healthy. Calorie needs swing based on hormones, sleep, stress and a hundred other factors that simple formulas can't capture. Use the results as a starting point, not gospel — track your actual results over a few weeks and adjust. None of this is medical advice; if you have specific health concerns, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian.
